Driving Growth At Fleetcare

Fleetcare is Australia’s largest independent fleet management and leasing solutions business, operating both B2B and B2C products. Liaising directly with the CEO we have been leading the organisation’s digital marketing & sales strategy and have exponentially increased marketing efficiency and effectiveness over the last two years.

We helped the business develop its measurement and analytics capabilities to build a culture of systematic and rapid cadence experimentation to grow its leads pipeline and improve conversion and retention across the sales funnel. We have used freely available tools where possible to avoid adding unnecessary costs.

We developed an account-based marketing strategy to integrate the customer experience from the first touchpoint (e.g. a Google search) through to the renewal of a lease. Our strategy recognises all steps in the customer journey and ranges from that first search through the first website experience and the comms that follow, all tracked through the CRM platform and linked back to the account contact.

We’ve introduced new marketing automation tools that integrate their CRM with data-driven email marketing to allow us to respond in a timely and relevant context with dynamically personalised communication, whilst managing the entire process in a privacy-compliant manner consistent with Australian Privacy Principles.

We are helping develop and implement new customer tools and experiences that build revenue, from new products such as Shariah finance or Lease Buy Back to simple new website functionality to win qualified customers before the competition. (e.g introducing a pre-approval offering).
